Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds, however we will gladly exchange your purchase for another item or an in-store credit within 14 days of the purchased date. All items must be returned in original condition with original packaging and appraisal documentation (where applicable). Any items that have been sized, altered or engraved are not eligible for exchange. Special orders and custom work are ordered and or designed for you and are not eligible for exchange. All special orders and custom work require at 25% non-refundable deposit. A special order constitutes any jewellery, gemstone, watch or gift item ordered or altered at the customer’s request. Some exceptions may apply. 

Jewellery Warranty

Harmony Jewellers warrants all or our jewellery to be free of defects in workmanship, and meet proper quality standards for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Physical damage from everyday wear is not warrantied.  We will gladly clean and inspect your jewellery at no charge, We recommend you do this every 6 months, But feel free to pop in as often as you like!

Certified Pre-Owned Luxury Watch Warranty

Harmony Jewellers warrants all pre-owned watches to be free of defects in workmanship and to meet proper working standards for a period of one (1) year after date of purchase. Warranty is void if watch has been improperly used, abused or altered. Harmony Jewellers guarantees all pre-owned watch products to be genuine and authentic. This warranty does not cover Damage by excessive wear/tear or water damage. Please speak to our watch specialist for more information.

Trade Up Program

Applies to Jewellery Sales Only

Interested in trading in or upgrading your jewellery? At Harmony Jewellers our customers will receive their full original purchase price back in the form of a store credit toward trade in or upgrade of your choice.  

  • New purchase must be double original purchase price for eligibility. Those who do not spend at least double the original purchase price are eligible to receive the full purchase price less 20% per year in a credit.
  • Conditions Apply for custom made jewellery- assessed on an individual basis. Any custom jewellery made in the past three years can be placed on consignment at a discounted rate of 20% commission to Harmony Jewellers.
  • Items must be purchased within the past three (3) years.
  • Pieces must be left for valuation- no damage, minimal sizing, no signs of wear etc and must have original appraisal and diamond certificate where applicable.
Hold Layaway Program

Layaway Program

Items may be placed on layaway for one year with minimum non refundable deposit of 25%. Luxury watches may be placed on layaway subject to approval with minimum non refundable deposit of  30% for maximum sixty (60) days. A monthly payment is required. Layaway’s cancelled after 30 days will be subject to a restocking fee. If customer fails to pay off a balance at the end of allotted time, and does not make arrangements with Harmony Jewellers, the item will be returned to stock and subject to a 20% restocking fee with remaining balance issued as a store credit.

Inspection and Cleaning

We will gladly clean and inspect your jewellery at no charge. We recommend you do this every 6 months, but feel free to have your jewellery cleaned as often as you like!
