The Datejust has maintained its 36mm case since 1945. In 2009 the first of the 41mm cases were released. Rolex is not a company that concerns itself with trends or the fashion of watch making so any change is methodically planned and equally thought out. With this updated size Rolex adds a subtle modern touch to an iconic classic.
The 41mm stainless steel case sports an elegant 18kt white gold fluted bezel and houses the silver dial with subtle lavender Arabic numbers. The Oyster bracelet lends a more casual element to an otherwise formal watch. The larger size combined with these design features make this an incredibly versatile watch which can go from the office to the cottage without missing a beat. Papers are included with this watch.
