A few weeks ago, I happened to glance at my left hand and was shocked to see that the engagement ring’s diamond solitaire of 35 years ago had sheared off. After several fruitless searches for the missing diamond, I visited Harmony Jewellers where I spoke with Karen, their Repair Coordinator. She calmly retrieved a record (and picture) from a previous visit of a few years before, studied the damaged ring carefully, and offered up helpful suggestions. The new ring is perfect. Set up an appointment with Harmony as referred by a friend. Was not sure what expect. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment at Harmony I was greeted by a very friendly and welcoming host of associates. My appointment was with Chris. He was extremely attentive, knowledgeable and customer service driven. He was very charming and made me feel comfortable with our transaction. Although it was my first time at this location by the end of our appointment I felt like I had known Chris and the other associate forever. This is an amazing location with a fabulous selection of items. 5 stars to Chris and the team at Harmony. Thank you Chris!!!

Dealing with Chris was a pleasure.He is very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions I had regarding my purchases.
