RETURN POLICY
At Harmony Jewellers we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may be able to return your items for refund or in-store credit.
We offer a full refund or exchange of In-Store and Online purchases within 14 days of the purchased date excluding final clearance items. All items must be returned in original condition with original packaging and appraisal documentation (where applicable). Any items that have been sized, altered or engraved are not eligible for refund or exchange. Special orders and custom work are ordered and or designed specifically for you and are not eligible for exchange. All special orders and custom work require a 25% non-refundable deposit. A special order constitutes any jewellery, gemstone, watch or gift item ordered or altered at the customer’s request. All clearance items are final sale, Some exceptions may apply.
