It isn't everyday you get to obtain what in the watch world you call a "grail". Chris at Harmony made that happen for me today. Despite some uncertainties and hesitations, there was never any pressure to buy, only concern for my satisfaction and that honesty and transparency is the most valuable thing in that jewelery store. Warm smiles and Cartier are truly the best combination.

Fantastic experience with Harmony Jeweller's. I dealt with Karen in the repair department. Karen was absolutely amazing. Very informative, kind and helpful. Had suggestions because they couldn't realy help me. But did repair my bracelet with a smile. Thank you for everything ❤️

Dealing with Chris was a pleasure.He is very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions I had regarding my purchases. He gave me all the information I needed and left me to make my own decision without any pressure. He made himself available when I had questions or concerns. Prices are fair, service is excellent. Will definitely return to Chris and Harmony Jewellers in the future.
