At Harmony Jewellers, we take pride in the quality and durability of our permanent jewellery. Every piece is thoughtfully crafted, and we stand behind our workmanship. That’s why all permanent jewellery purchases are backed by a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase.

What’s Covered

This warranty protects against issues related to materials or craftsmanship, provided the item has been used and cared for properly.

What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not include:

• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage
• Improper care or handling
• Natural aging of materials over time
• Tarnishing caused by exposure to water, perfume, lotions, sweat, or other chemicals
• Items that have been altered, adjusted, or repaired by anyone outside Harmony Jewellers

If you need to re-solder your chain on and it falls out of our warranty, it will cost $22 to solder on.
