Appointments are recommended to ensure one-on-one service, though walk-ins are welcome depending on availability.
Most fittings take about 15 to 20 minutes, depending on your chain and charm selections.
Not at all! The welding process is quick and completely painless. A small spark fuses the two ends of your chain together, but it never touches your skin.
Because engraved and custom pieces are made just for you, they are final sale. If your piece arrives damaged or incorrect, we are happy to help.
We engrave exactly as submitted. Make sure to double-check spelling, dates, and symbols before placing your order. If there is a mistake on our end, we will fix it right away.
While our chains are durable, they are still fine jewellery and can occasionally break with enough tension. If that happens, simply bring it back to us - we'll be happy to reattach or re-weld it for you.

- Keep it tangle-free: Try to avoid catching them on clothing, bags, or equipment.
- If it ever breaks: Don’t worry - breaks can happen with fine chains. Visit us in-store, and we’ll assess it and help you with a repair or re-weld.
