Do you have a damaged or lost jewellery item that needs replacing or repair? We understand this can be a complicated and often difficult process. Our experts will work with you and your insurance company to streamline the process and make it as easy as possible. 

Beginning with information gathering on the item (old appraisals and photographs are helpful) we will put together a detailed description of the item. We then complete a vendor estimate ($100 deposit), which we can submit directly to your insurance company, or provide written document for you to submit. Once the estimate is approved by your insurance company, we will start working to craft your item. The entire process typically takes 4-6 weeks.
